Gold Service Hardtail / Road Bike

GOLD SERVICE: 3- 5  hours $399

• Check drivetrain wear

• Remove wheels 

• Remove cranks

• Remove chain

• Wipe down frame with frame polish and inspect for frame damage / cracks

• Check frame pivots and shock bolts 

• Remove crank and bottom bracket

• Clean and regrease bottom bracket shell

• Remove cassette from rear wheel

• Degrease drive chain (crankset, chain, cassette and derailleurs)

• Remove fork

• Service headset

• Re-fit cranks and tighten crank bolts

• Tighten chainring bolts

• Hub service (does not include bearings)

• Re-fit cassette

• True and tension wheels in wheel jig

• Fit new tyre sealant (if applicable)

• Inflate tyres

• Re-fit wheels

• Check, tighten and align derailleur hanger 

• Check front derailleur height and alignment (if applicable)

• Check and align stem, handlebars, levers and grips

• Tighten pedals

• Rear derailleur service

• Fit new shift cable(s) (inner & outer)

• Lube all cables and derailleur pivots

• Adjust gears

• Check brake pad wear

• Bleed brakes (if mechanical replace cables)

• Adjust brakes

• Test ride
